1. 14‑Day No‑Reason Return
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your package, without providing any reason. Items must remain unworn, with all tags attached, and in a condition suitable for resale.

*Processing time refers to the period from when we receive the returned item to when we submit the refund request. It does not include the payment provider’s posting time.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. We recommend using a trackable courier service and retaining the tracking number to avoid loss or delay.
4. How to Return
Email [email protected] within the 14‑day window, including your order number and stating you wish to return.
Customer service will reply within 1 business day with the return address and packaging instructions.
Ship the item back as instructed and email us the tracking number.
Once we receive and inspect the package, we will submit the refund within 2 business days.
5. Non‑Returnable Items
Return request made after the 14‑day period;
Items that have been worn, washed, stained, are missing parts, or are otherwise unsuitable for resale;
Custom items or products marked “Final Sale / Non‑Returnable”.
